Icaro* flew so close to the sun that his wax and feather wings melted. Before falling, his passion for life gave him a view of the sun no one else had experienced. Icaro took a risk that offered him an extreme and unique experience.

Similarly, artists in creating their work take a risk to expose themselves to their audience. The artist's unique vision, their passion and their insight are in full view. They reach for extremes in themselves and offer themselves through their art in order to communicate with the viewer.
